Responsibilities

• Provide visual cues for guests to create a positive first impression.
• Deliver consistent and outstanding guest service with a friendly attitude.
• Follow the SET principles: Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You.
• Ensure order accuracy for every guest and greet customers within 5 seconds.
• Maintain the front counter and drive-thru area clean, organized, and stocked for rush periods.
• Follow sanitation guidelines and proper hand-washing techniques; complete sanitation tasks.
• Report injuries, unsafe conditions, and health and safety issues to the General Manager.
