Job summary

Culver's of Grand Island is seeking a Shift Leader to guide our quick service team and ensure guest satisfaction. You will lead shifts, model excellent service, and help train staff to deliver a memorable guest experience.

Starting pay ranges from $18.50 to $25.00 per hour, with 40 hours plus available. 1 year of leadership in a fast-paced restaurant is preferred, and we offer comprehensive training, career development, and bonus pay.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in a quick service restaurant.
• Minimum 1 year in a leadership role in a QSR.
• Passion for the restaurant industry.
