As a Shift Manager, you will train and supervise crew, uphold food safety standards, interact with customers professionally, implement cost-control measures, and delegate prep and cleaning tasks to maintain smooth shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to work in a manager role.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Good written, math and interpersonal skills.
• Possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law.
• Flexible work availability.
• Previous customer service experience helpful.
• Undergo background screening in accordance with local laws and regulations.
