• Assist the GM/AM in daily operation of the restaurant.
• Provide exceptional customer service and coach team to maintain high standards.
• Maintain inventories and store appearance; ensure labeling and dating of products.
• Manage cash handling, credit card processing, and theft prevention practices.
• Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards per brand and legal requirements.
• Train and develop store team to promote the brand and achieve sales goals.
