Qualifications

• Ability to open or close restaurant on rotating schedule.
• Previous management experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong reading and writing skills for notes and reports.
• Effective communication with guests, team and management.
• Maintains urgency to meet service standards.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and HACCP concepts.
• Capable of climbing ladders up to 25 feet when needed.
• Handles cleaning agents and safety procedures for hazard control.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Stand/walk for long periods; perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Open or close restaurant on rotating schedule and perform all related tasks.
• Run shifts to ensure quality, guest service and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor product quality, presentation and hold times.
• Review deployment sheets and adjust staffing for efficiency.
• Follow safety practices and coach team on safety protocols.
• Train team on all restaurant positions and ensure consistency.
• Address guest comments using the Culver’s standards.
• Ensure product knowledge and adherence to uniform/appearance standards.
• Complete daily operational reports and cash handling procedures.
• Manage inventory, FIFO rotation, and waste documentation.
