Job summary

Texas Roadhouse in Sycamore, Illinois, is looking for dedicated staff to join our team. We offer a pay range between $16.00 and $22.00 per hour, with responsibilities including hands-on supervision, ensuring staff adherence to recipes, and creating a fun and safe environment.

Pay

$16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Helping to maintain projected costs and labor during scheduled shifts
• Hands on supervision of the restaurant, including temporary assistance with serving, hosting, cooking, and other duties
• Hosting promotions (incentives) and Alley Rallies
• Ensuring staff follows established recipes and procedures
• Enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Controlling guest flow and monitoring ticket times
• Enforcing compliance with all employment policies in areas of responsibility in conjunction with management
• Coaching employees to maintain consistency in food and service to increase sales
• 100% table visits (if applicable)
• Practicing safe food handling procedures
• Maintaining culture and core values: passion, partnership, integrity, and fun with purpose
• Working during peak business hours to set the pace in Front or Back of House
• Creating a fun, safe environment by following our core values and operational goals, implementing contests, theme nights, and creating incentives for the staff
