Position Overview

The Restaurant Shift Lead helps oversee day-to-day restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth service, quality food preparation, and a positive team environment. What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in restaurant, food service, hospitality, or retail leadership preferred
• Experience as a Shift Lead, Crew Leader, Team Lead, or Assistant Manager is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate team members in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
