Job summary

Sapp Bros., Inc. is seeking reliable Food Service Specialists to help prepare fresh Grab and Go items, maintain food cases, and keep the kitchen clean while delivering great service.

You will work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Prior food service experience is preferred, and dedication to food safety is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or food service preferred.
• Ability to follow procedures and food safety standards.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Grab and Go items per standards.
• Operate pressure fryers and other kitchen equipment safely.
• Monitor temperatures and required logs.
• Stock, rotate, and maintain food in hot and cold cases, coolers, and freezers.
• Follow food safety guidelines and maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen.
• Operate the dishwasher and assist with cleaning duties.
• Work as part of a team and assist in other areas as needed.
