You will supervise team members, assist with scheduling, and maintain food safety and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant, food service, hospitality, or retail leadership preferred.
• Experience as a Shift Lead, Crew Leader, Team Lead, or Assistant Manager is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Position Overview
