Responsibilities

• Prepares the Dining Room for service before opening according to guidelines.
• Assists servers with beverages, bread, and other tasks as needed.
• Clears and resets tables, replaces items for next course.
• Returns dirty dishware and linens to the dishwashing area as required.
• Maintains a clean dining area including floors and surfaces.
• Communicates guest requests to service staff.
• Delivers food to tables and assists servers to ensure timely service.
• Performs side work in front and back of house as scheduled.
• Completes all other duties as assigned.
