Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a Restaurant Server at the Pittsburgh Airport Marriott in Pittsburgh. You will be the face of our dining room, delivering guest-focused service and helping create memorable experiences across a vibrant, high-volume setting.

We seek a friendly, engaging team member with 2–4 years of food service experience, strong communication, and knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.

• 2–4 years of food service experience.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced dining room.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration with kitchen and bar staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant pre-shift for the service ahead.
• Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant.
• Guide guests on their culinary journey through descriptive selling of the menu.
• Be accurate in order taking, confirming all special requests.
• Be the master of the menu, understanding details to enhance conversation.
• Work collaboratively with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Assist guests with concerns to guide them to a resolution that leaves them happy.
• Finalize the experience through timely and accurate bill presentation.
