Responsibilities

• Report to work on time in clean, full uniform with a positive attitude.
• Greet customers with a smile and warm welcome.
• Review menu, suggest items, and take orders at the table.
• Submit tickets to kitchen and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Handle money and operate POS system with accuracy.
• Maintain clean and stocked serving area throughout shift.
• Communicate any concerns to the manager, including safety or customer issues.
• Know daily features, menu items, add-ons and desserts to upsell.
• Follow service steps to maximize shift sales.
