Base pay range

$12.00/hr - $12.00/hr

Position Summary

The Restaurant Server will provide exceptional hospitality for guests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment in our beautiful restaurant located on the top floor.

This role pays an hourly rate of $12.00-$15.00 and is tip eligible.

Benefits for Part-Time roles include: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching.

This position will remain open until August 22, 2025.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain knowledge of the menu and any special items being offered.
  • Provide quick, attentive, friendly, and professional service to banquet guests and communicate clearly with all customers.
  • Ensure food items are served at proper temperature and immediately upon availability from the kitchen, as ordered.
  • Ensure neat presentation of all ordered items, with no spill-over.
  • Pre-bus tables and bus tables during peak periods.
  • Maintain availability to work during many peak periods.
  • Stock beverage station(s) as needed (ice, juices, glassware, sugar packets, etc.).
  • Respond promptly to customer desires and requests.
  • Maintain a professional and clean appearance.
  • Communicate effectively with wait staff, bus persons, bartenders, supervisors, and kitchen staff to enhance the dining experience.
  • Build and maintain knowledge regarding bar offerings to answer patron questions accurately.
Qualifications
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred.
  • High School Diploma, G.E.D., or related Food Service Job Experience required.
  • Must acquire and maintain a Food Handlers Card, Alcohol Awareness Certification, and other required trainings.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
  • Effective communication skills with employees, management, and guests in a respectful manner.
