Coury Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant Server (Part Time) for HALL Park Hotel in Frisco, TX. You will deliver refined, personalized service in an upscale dining setting, guiding guests through the menu and wine pairings while collaborating with culinary and bar teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Ideal candidates have experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality, strong communication skills, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and fine dining service principles.
• Knowledge of wine varietals, regions, vintages, wine service, and food and wine pairings is preferred.
• Ability to learn and confidently communicate menu ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, and seasonal changes.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Must obtain and maintain state alcohol service permits (TABC, ServSafe Alcohol) or equivalent.
• Must maintain state food service certifications (Food Handler Card, ServSafe) or equivalent.
• Passion for hospitality, food, wine, and beverage.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Polished appearance and adherence to grooming and uniform standards.
• Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards.

Education and Experience

• Previous experience in fine dining, upscale restaurants, luxury hotels, or other high-end hospitality environments is preferred.

• Knowledge of wine varietals, regions, vintages, wine service, and food and wine pairings is preferred.

• Ability to remain calm, poised, and professional under pressure.
• Must obtain and maintain any required state or local alcohol service permits or certifications, such as TABC, ServSafe Alcohol, or equivalent.
• Must obtain and maintain any required state or local food service certifications, such as a Food Handler Card, ServSafe certification, or equivalent.
• Passion for hospitality, food, wine, and beverage.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must maintain a polished appearance and adhere to hotel grooming and uniform standards.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

• This is an active, guest-facing position performed in an upscale dining environment. The role requires extended periods of standing and walking, frequent interaction with guests and team members, and the ability to safely handle food, beverages, dishes, glassware, trays, and service equipment while maintaining refined service standards.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout a shift.
• Ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, glassware, and service equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to safely maneuver throughout the dining room while carrying food, beverages, dishes, and glassware.
• Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail during extended periods of guest service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm, polished, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to follow all applicable safety, sanitation, food handling, and alcohol service requirements.
• Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) as applicable to job responsibilities.
• Must maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance in accordance with grooming and uniform standards.
