Job summary

HALL Park Hotel in Frisco, TX, part of Autograph Collection, seeks a Painter – General Maintenance to help keep the property safe, comfortable, and well-maintained. This role supports the Engineering team across painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has hands-on maintenance experience, reliability, and attention to detail, with the ability to follow safety and health protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, engineering, facilities, construction, or related field preferred.
• Painting experience preferred.

As a Maintenance Worker, you’ll play an important role in keeping our hotel safe, comfortable, and operating at its best. You’ll respond to maintenance requests, complete repairs, maintain guest rooms and public spaces, and support a variety of property needs.

Working alongside the Engineering team, you’ll use your skills in areas such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance while helping create a positive experience for our guests and Curators.

Education And Experience

• Previous maintenance, engineering, facilities, construction, or related experience preferred.

Work Environment And Physical Requirements

• Active, hands-on position requiring work indoors and outdoors.

• Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate maintenance tools and equipment.
• May work in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
• May be exposed to chemicals, fumes, mechanical equipment, electrical hazards, and elevated areas.
• Must follow all safety procedures and use required PPE.
• Must maintain clean and organized work areas.
