Loews Hotels & Co is seeking a Restaurant Server for Live! by Loews in Arlington. You will deliver food and beverages, anticipate guest needs, and provide a warm dining experience for guests in a high-energy hotel setting.

The role emphasizes service excellence, menu knowledge, and teamwork. Prior hospitality experience and ability to lift up to 40–50 pounds are preferred, with opportunities for training and advancement at Loews Arlington.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and present menus with confidence.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, including dietary preferences.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation.
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Process payments accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain thorough menu knowledge to offer recommendations.
• Communicate guest needs or special requests to the kitchen or bar.
• Keep tables and surrounding areas clean, tidy, and stocked.
• Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties.
• Support team members to ensure timely and coordinated service.
• Address guest concerns professionally and elevate when needed.
• Regular attendance in conformance with standards.
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
• Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
