Job summary

Little Rock Marriott is seeking a personable Server for our Main Dining Room to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

You will take orders, suggest menu items, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely service, while maintaining a clean, welcoming dining area and a positive attitude throughout shifts.

• Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Strong knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and payment processing.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
