Job summary

Plaza Hotel Pioneer Park in El Paso, TX seeks a Restaurant Server to provide courteous food and beverage service in line with brand standards and sustainability goals. You will take orders, serve guests, clear tables, handle payments, and collaborate with kitchen and bar teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food and beverage experience required or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of POS systems.
• TIPS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and place orders in the point of service system.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Set and clear tables in dining areas.
• Stock service stations with items such as ice, napkins, or straws.
• Prepare guest check and close payment transactions if appropriate.
• Perform other food and beverage duties such as bartending or bussing when needed.
• Follow sustainability guidelines and practices in line with EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits and follow OSHA standards.
