The position requires prior food and beverage experience or training, familiarity with POS systems, and an emphasis on guest satisfaction. Some shifts may include holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is required or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of POS systems is preferred.
• TIPS certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and enter them in the point of service system.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and provide courteous service.
• Set and clear tables in dining areas.
• Stock service stations with needed items.
• Assist with food pickup and ensure proper food preparation.
• Prepare guest checks and handle payments when needed.
• Assist with bartending and bussing during peak periods.
