Position Summary

The Restaurant Server is responsible for providing excellent guest service and ensuring to exceed guests’ expectations within their level of responsibility.

This role pays an hourly rate of $8.25 and is tip eligible.

This position will remain open until August 22, 2025.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of the menu and specials being offered; provide updates on any menu changes.
• Maintain a clean and presentable work area.
• Ensure a high level of guest service.
• Maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events and varied schedules as needed.
• Provide drinks, napkins, condiments, straws, etc., upon guest request.
• Keep tables and sections clean and well maintained.
• Complete opening side work and ongoing side work throughout the shift.
• Complete closing side work as per supervisor’s instructions.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members, management, and guests to foster a positive work environment.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or casino environment.
• Experience working in high-volume food service settings such as food courts, casual dining, buffets, or nightclubs, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills with team members, management, and guests.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
• Must obtain and renew a valid gaming license from the Gaming Commission prior to employment.
