Position Summary

The Restaurant Server is responsible for providing excellent guest service and ensuring to exceed guests’ expectations within their level of responsibility.

This role will pay an hourly rate of $8.25 and is tip eligible.

This position will remain open until August 22, 2025.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of the menu and any specials being offered. Provide updates of any changes to the menu.
• Maintain a clean and presentable work area.
• Ensure a high level of guest service.
• Maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events and varied schedules per business need.
• Provide drinks, napkins, condiments, straws, etc., per guest request.
• Ensure your tables and sections are clean and well maintained.
• Complete opening side work and continuous side work throughout the shift.
• Complete side work at the end of your shift or at close to specifications provided by the Supervisor.
• Communicate clearly with team members, management staff, and guests in a respectful and positive manner, fostering a cooperative work environment.
• Ability to communicate, read, and write in English.
• Work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant/casino environment.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume food court, casual, buffet, and/or nightclub in a supervisory capacity is preferred.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, management, and guests.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages).
• Must obtain a valid gaming license from the Gaming Commission prior to beginning work, with renewal as mandated.
