Job summary

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• 3-6 months experience in food/beverage services environment.
• TIPs certification.
• Must read, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Greet and take orders, serve and accommodate requests while maintaining service standards.
• Restock and clean during opening/closing duties.
• Memorize menu items and daily specials to answer questions and upsell.
• Maintain cleanliness in restaurant and service areas to meet health standards.
• Handle guest checks accurately and process payments correctly.
• Attend pre-meal and departmental meetings for product knowledge.
• Respond to inquiries with timely, knowledgeable service.
• Present a clean, professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
