Job summary

Valor Hospitality is hiring for a Front of House role to ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages while maintaining a clean, welcoming dining area.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–6 months in food/beverage service, and TIPs certification. Competitive salary, daily pay, uniforms, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 months experience in food/beverage services.
• TIPs certification is required.
• Ability to read, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Greet and take food and drink orders from restaurant customers, serving orders.
• Perform opening/closing side-work and restocking.
• Remember menu items and daily specials for recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness in restaurant, wait-station, and service areas.
• Manage guest checks and payment with accuracy.
• Attend pre-meal and departmental meetings; provide courteous service.
• Present a clean, professional appearance; maintain a cheerful demeanor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
