Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead is looking for a Restaurant Server to join the Food & Beverage team at this luxurious Atlanta property.

Work Location

Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead, 3376 Peachtree Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30326

Located in one of Atlanta's most prestigious neighborhoods, this Forbes 4-Star and AAA 4-Diamond hotel features a 42-story tower with over 200 rooms (including guest rooms and residences), over 10,000 sq ft of meeting space, and 3 food and beverage outlets, including a restaurant, bar, and in-room dining.

Shift

AM/Afternoon shifts; availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays required.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring outstanding service and guest satisfaction.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and specials.
• Accurately take and input orders into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages timely and efficiently.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with regulations.
• Keep serving stations well-stocked at all times.
