Qualifications

• High school education or related experience preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification and familiarity with hospitality industry practices preferred.
• Ability to understand and provide friendly guest service.
• Ability to understand and comply with proper ordering and food handling techniques and state and local serving guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, seat them, and provide menus.
• Take orders and input accurately into the system.
• Serve food and beverages with accurate presentation.
• Upsell appetizers, sides, desserts, and drinks to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain clean and well-set tables and reset for new guests.
• Process bills and handle payments including credit cards.
