Job Summary

Take food and beverage orders, deliver items efficiently, provide continuous service, clean and clear tables, issue checks, and set up/break down dining spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance standards.
• Act professionally and with urgency.
• Follow safety and sanitation practices.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service policies.
• Ensure equipment is maintained.
• Clean and set up dining areas before and after service.
• Greet guests warmly, take orders, and suggest menu items.
• Understand menu ingredients and accommodate dietary needs.
• Upsell and build rapport with guests.
• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy.
• Handle payments properly.
• Respect confidentiality of guest information.
• Address complaints promptly.
• Perform inventory and restock as needed.
• Operate various equipment safely.
• Assist in other departments during events.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Essential Job Duties

• Stand and engage physically with guests for long periods.
• Be physically active and alert, lift up to 50 pounds.
• Move quickly between sitting and standing.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' hospitality experience.
