The Clinical Education Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting student placement activities across the organization in collaboration with academic partners and internal clinical leaders. This role acts as a key liaison between schools of all programs and clinical departments to ensure successful, timely, and compliant student clinical experiences. Additionally, the coordinator supports the Center for Clinical Excellence in delivering new employee orientation, new graduate nurse residency programs, and ongoing clinical education efforts linked to staff recruitment and retention. The role also involves maintaining compliance with Joint Commission standards related to clinical education and staff competency.
