Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis is hiring a Server Assistant to support food servers, set up and clear china and glassware, and address guest needs. You will help with condiment prep, transport dishes, and ensure tables and buffets are set and clean.

We seek candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year in food service, and the ability to carry a tray and work nights, weekends, and holidays. Competitive pay and excellent benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Stock linen, china, silver and glassware for service ensuring that all are polished and in good condition.
• Greet guests in a professional manner, serve beverage and food items while explaining the contents, and anticipate and service the guest’s needs before requests are necessary.
• Preparation of condiment and garnish items.
• Assistance with guest service including retrieving food from the kitchen using a tray and safely transporting it to guest, as well as removal of items from the guest’s table.
• Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables, buffets, and food stations.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

About the role
