Job Summary

The Restaurant Server oversees daily customer service and food service operations. Responsibilities include receiving and conveying food orders to the kitchen, prompt delivery, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires teamwork and a positive attitude to support our franchise partner.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time, in a clean, complete uniform
• Greet customers warmly and assist with menu inquiries
• Take and submit orders accurately using approved abbreviations
• Deliver food promptly and handle customer payments securely
• Stock and prepare the station for the next shift, including cleaning duties
• Report safety concerns or customer complaints to management immediately
• Know the menu, daily features, and suggestive selling points
• Follow the steps of service to maximize sales
