Including but not limited to:

• Describe all menu items, methods of preparation, and allergy alerts in dishes
• Accommodate any special requests that the kitchen can deliver to guests
• Upsell food and beverage items tactfully following established service standards
• Perform pre- and post-shift side work, stock service stations, set tables properly, etc.
• Assist as host or back waiter as needed
• Ensure guest satisfaction and report issues to management if necessary
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Maintain a professional appearance, adhering to the dress code
• Follow management/supervisor directions for other duties as assigned
