Job summary

Village on the Park Stonebridge, an Assisted Living with Memory Care senior community, is seeking Servers through Hireology. You will provide friendly dining room service and support events, ensuring residents and guests have a memorable experience.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (preferred), 6 months to 1 year of related experience, and a food handler certification within 60 days. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

• Excellent customer service attitude and ability to interact well with staff, residents, and guests.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the dining room is spotless and beautifully set for all meals and events.
• Greet residents and guests with a smile and seating.
• Take orders, present to kitchen staff, and deliver meals promptly.
• Guarantee order accuracy and check food quality and presentation.
• Respond swiftly to resident and guest requests for top-notch dining.
• Ensure drinks are poured and refilled in a timely manner.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with setting tables, clearing dishes, restocking inventory.

Pay Rate:

$16.00/hr.

Schedule:

10:00a.m. - 6:30p.m.

Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the dining room is spotless and beautifully set for all meals and events.
• Greet all residents and guests with a smile, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to sit.
• Take food orders, present them to kitchen staff, and deliver meals promptly and efficiently.
• Guarantee the accuracy of orders and check food quality and presentation.
• Respond swiftly to resident and guest requests, ensuring their dining experience is top-notch.
• Ensure drinks are poured and refilled in a timely manner.
• Follow all food handling, safety, and sanitation standards meticulously.
• Assist with setting tables, removing dirty dishes, disposing of waste, and restocking inventory.
• Remove all walkers from the dining room to ensure safety and return them immediately after meals.
• Make each resident and guest feel special, showing genuine pleasure in serving them.
• Understand the menu fully and be able to explain the selections to residents and guests.
• Maintain high standards of appearance, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.
• Attend all required in-service training sessions.
• Be an active member of the community’s emergency response team.
• Maintain a professional appearance and good personal hygiene per company policies.
• Take on additional responsibilities with enthusiasm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
