Job Summary

The Restaurant Server oversees the day-to-day operation of first-class customer service and food service in the restaurant. Responsibilities include receiving and conveying food orders, ensuring prompt delivery, and maintaining cleanliness of the serving area. The server must provide excellent customer service and be a team player.

Responsibilities

1. Report to work on time in proper uniform.
2. Greet customers warmly and review the menu when needed.
3. Take orders, suggest menu items, and submit tickets to the kitchen.
4. Deliver food promptly and handle payments accurately.
5. Stock and prepare the station for the next shift, including cleaning duties.
6. Report safety concerns and customer complaints to management.
7. Know the menu, daily specials, and upselling points.
8. Follow Huddle House steps of service to maximize sales.
