Job summary

Lark Hotels is seeking a guest-focused team member for our restaurant environment. You will maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients and daily specials to confidently answer guest questions and offer recommendations.

Responsibilities include pre-shift briefings to learn events or dietary restrictions, restocking, processing payments accurately, greeting guests, taking orders, serving meals, and meeting special requests with a friendly attitude.

Qualifications

• Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers.
• Prior food service industry experience is highly desired.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
• Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills
• Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience

• Welcome customers upon arrival and promptly greet them, take food and beverage orders from diners, serve meals, and meet any special requirements or requests
