Summary of Position: Provides friendly and efficient service in a timely manner to guests according to company policies, procedures, programs, and performance standards. Shows guests genuine hospitality to create a memorable experience. Maintains professionalism and a positive attitude. Performs duties to maximize guest satisfaction and a positive work environment as directed by the Manager on Duty.

Position Activities and Tasks:

• Interact with guests professionally and courteously.
• Report to work well-groomed, in proper uniform, and practicing good personal hygiene.
• Greet guests courteously upon seating and with a non-scripted greeting.
• Use menu knowledge to suggest items, answer questions, and anticipate guest needs.
• Deliver hot food promptly, ensuring accuracy and proper temperature.
• Provide excellent Perkins service, actively engaging guests and addressing concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, stations, and common areas.
• Attend to guest requests and needs promptly.
• Pre-bus, detail, and maintain the dining area.
• Perform side work such as rolling silverware and restocking stations during downtime.
• Follow the service cycle and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Process orders and operate POS systems accurately.
• Assist team members and maintain cleanliness of service stations and dining areas.
• Run food to ensure timely service.
