Job summary

Auberge Resorts Aspen Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Reservationist to ensure a seamless dining experience by efficiently taking and recording guests’ reservations with gracious service.

The role requires handling reservations via multiple channels and coordinating with the team to optimize seating flow. Candidates should have at least one year in hospitality and an eye for luxury details; weekend and holiday availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in foodservice/hospitality.
• Luxurious setting experience preferred.
• WLEX and holidays flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Receive and record reservations in person, via phone, or OpenTable.
• Assign reservations according to restaurant knowledge and flow.
• Maintain up-to-date menus and mark free spaces.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items.
• Perform duties as assigned by Management.

Job Description

The Restaurant Reservationist is an integral part of the Food and Beverage team, ensuring a well orchestrated and seamless dining experience. The role involves efficiently receiving and recording guests' restaurant reservations while prioritizing the fulfillment of all requests and needs with a gracious touch.

• Receive and record guests' reservations whether in person, via phone and input them into Open Table ensuring Auberge Collection standards are met
• Assign reservations according to customer's request and knowledge of the restaurant and flow of business
• Ensure menus are up to date, clean & mark free
• Maintain a complete knowledge of menu and all related menu items
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one-year experience in the foodservice / hospitality industry.
• Prior experience in a luxury setting and good knowledge of food and wine is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
