Job summary

A-Tech Appliance Service in Northwest Arkansas is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Equipment Service Repair Technician. You will diagnose and repair commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment at client sites, delivering excellent customer service and technical support in a fast-paced environment.

We value teamwork, self-motivation, and a strong mechanical/electrical aptitude. A valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background/drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with restaurant service or HVAC service is a plus.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work solo and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Visit restaurants to diagnose and repair commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment.
• Provide high-quality customer service and repair support.
• Collaborate with teammates to complete repairs and installations.
• Maintain a clean driving record and pass background/drug screening.

Your job would be visiting restaurants to diagnose and repair commercial cooking & refrigeration equipment while delivering high-quality customer service. We are a well-established, successful, and honest restaurant equipment repair company looking for career-minded individuals to join our team. We are needing a service tech in the NWA area. Experience with Restaurant Service or HVAC service is a huge plus. Mechanical & electrical ability/aptitude is a must, although we would be willing to train the right candidate. Must be able to work as a team player, be self‑driven, able to work alone, & have great customer service skills. Requires a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
