CJM Property Maintenance is seeking a customer service-oriented individual for an on-site Food Service Repair Technician. This role involves diagnosing issues, replacing parts, and providing maintenance, repair, and installation services for commercial HVAC and food service equipment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in the HVAC and Refrigeration repair and service field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new trades and skills as needed.
• Provide solutions and perform the tasks necessary to keep our partners facilities running smoothly
• Ability to document detailed accounts of tasks completed through the use of our company app.
• Capacity to retain and apply information and skilled training.
• Ability to handle various tasks in a fast paced high stress environment
• Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
• Must pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues with HVAC and food service equipment and replace necessary parts.
• Provide maintenance, repair, and installation services on-site for commercial equipment.
