Qualifications

• BA or BS in Business, Real Estate Finance, or related field required.
• 5+ years of relevant real estate development experience managing full‑cycle processes for large‑scale developments.
• Broker License preferred.
• Extensive travel expected; ~70% time visiting markets and evaluating sites.
• Ability to work under stress in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source new site opportunities to meet growth pipeline in specified regions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, sellers, consultants, and government agencies.
• Manage real estate broker network to identify sites for new locations.
• Present site recommendations with forecasts and ROI to Real Estate Committee.
• Oversee proposals, LOIs, pro formas, budgets, and timelines for development projects.
• Negotiate leases, contracts, and operating agreements to maximize cash flow.
• Coordinate deadlines with development and finance teams and external parties.
• Analyze zoning and development regulations affecting leases and projects.
