Job summary

Culver's in Holland, MI is seeking a Porter / Restaurant Maintenance Technician to help keep our dining room and kitchen equipment in top condition. You will support opening shifts, perform routine maintenance, and ensure safety and cleanliness across the building and grounds.

You will handle tasks like stocking and rotating inventory, monitoring shelf life, and keeping equipment operating smoothly. The role offers on‑the‑job training, a team‑oriented environment, and opportunities for career

Responsibilities

• Coordinates duties with opening team to ensure smooth site opening.
• Performs scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment safely and per calendar.
• Maintains interior and exterior of the restaurant.
• Maintains building and grounds appearance, including landscaping and snow removal.
• Rotates stock and stores food items in cooler, freezer, and dry storage.
• Monitors shelf life and code dates.
• Keeps a working knowledge of equipment operation.
• Completes scheduled maintenance on equipment.

Essential Functions:

• Coordinates job duties around other opening team members to help ensure efficient preparation for opening.
• Completes scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment safely and correctly, according to the equipment maintenance calendar.
• Provide superior maintenance to the interior and exterior of the restaurant
• Maintain the appearance of the building and grounds, including landscaping and snow removal
• Put food order away, rotate stock in cooler, freezer, and dry storage area
• Monitor shelf life and code dates
• Maintain a working knowledge of the operation of restaurant equipment
• Complete scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment
