Job summary

The Bartolotta Restaurants is seeking a dedicated maintenance/custodian to keep our Milwaukee-area restaurants clean and inviting. You will help ensure guest-ready public areas, stock supplies, and rotate stock while maintaining sanitary conditions across interior and exterior spaces.

Candidates should have cleaning experience and a willingness to perform light maintenance tasks. A positive attitude, teamwork, and strong communication with management are essential for success in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience required.
• Light maintenance experience a plus (i.e., changing lightbulbs).

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest-ready public areas and maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and stock rotation.
• Demonstrate sanitation and food safety practices consistently.
• Keep exterior and interior areas clean and well maintained.
• Follow safety guidelines and work with vendors as needed.
• Maintain equipment knowledge and perform basic maintenance.
