Responsibilities

• Assist guests with condiments, napkins, and extra silverware.
• Help remove trash and garbage from the dining area and surroundings.
• Assist with cleaning side stations, floors, furniture and restrooms.
• Check chairs and booths for crumbs and wipe as needed.
• Support dishwasher by sorting dirty ware at the dish pit area.
• Maintain sanitary food handling practices at all times.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning projects as assigned.
• Assist team members and management as needed.
