Flynn Applebee's is seeking a Restaurant Systems Manager to oversee IT and POS support for 600+ terminals across Flynn Applebee's markets. You will coordinate hardware and software upgrades, work with vendors, and ensure seamless service continuity for field users in 23 states.

Strong Windows/Office knowledge and POS experience are required. The role involves 30–50 hours weekly, on-call duties, travel within the market, and close collaboration with the IT team to support restaurant operations

Qualificações

• Experience in restaurant IT operations and field support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and troubleshooting skills for frontline IT support.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as 1st line contact for remote user hardware issues and POS systems.
• Install, configure and maintain restaurant hardware and software.
• Test and document software settings; collaborate with vendors and developers.
