Responsibilities

• Demonstrates sanitation and food safety practices consistently.
• Checks restaurant from previous close to ensure a safe environment.
• Completes daily, weekly, and monthly tasks accurately.
• Maintains exterior and grounds including landscaping and snow removal.
• Follows safety standards and supports opening team readiness.
• Rotates stock using FIFO and checks shelf life and dates.
• Maintains equipment knowledge and completes maintenance tasks.
• Picks up duties to be ready for lunch shift.
