Qualifications

• Valid Drivers License and Proof of Insurance.
• Experience in a restaurant setting is preferred.
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead Hourly Shift Leaders (HSL) and support AM/AGM roles.
• Drive operational excellence across people, product, service and image.
• Ensure a world-class customer experience.
• Control costs for COGS and labor; meet financial objectives.
• Execute daily shift objectives and training for staff.
• Develop and coach team members; handle crises when needed.
• Support AGM responsibilities and drive sales growth through quality and service.
• Manage training and development of team members and managers.
