Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Strong leadership presence to manage a shift in real time.

Responsibilities

• Run opening and closing shifts, taking full ownership of the operation during service.
• Lead and manage front-of-house team performance and guest experience.
• Maintain visibility on the floor and actively manage the flow of service.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to meet performance standards.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Partner with kitchen leadership to ensure seamless execution between FOH and BOH.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and labor management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment.
• Lead by example in hospitality, communication, and accountability.
