Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Crawfordsville, IN is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and run the playbook each shift. You’ll lead front of house, back of house, bar, and takeout operations to ensure quality, speed, and a great guest experience.

You’ll develop teams, coach staff, and promote a high-energy atmosphere while maintaining safety, compliance, and superb service. Compensation ranges reflect leadership impact and seasonal bonuses.

Qualifications

• Understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and responsible alcohol service preferred.
• 1–3 years of restaurant or leadership experience preferred.
• Team-first mindset with ability to lead by example.
• Strong energy and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and inspire Team Members to deliver top-tier service and unforgettable fan experiences
• Assist in coaching, training, and developing the team—helping build an all-star lineup
