Dunkin' franchisee in Las Vegas is seeking an Assistant Manager to direct the store's overall operation, from hiring and supervising a team to managing financial performance and guest service. The role requires leading by example, driving sales through the business plan, and creating a positive environment by training staff and fostering teamwork.

You will uphold labor and health standards, interact professionally with customers and teammates, and model integrity and accountability daily.

• Drive sales and profitability through effective execution of the Company’s business plan
• Create a positive working environment by fostering teamwork among team members through training, communication and relationship building
• Adhere to state and Federal labor and health laws and uphold the policies and standards of performance and conduct that is set by the Company and the Dunkin brand
