KBP Brands, parent of KFC restaurants, seeks an Assistant General Manager in Ahoskie, NC. You will lead, train, schedule, and coach a team to deliver exceptional guest service while upholding food quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as AGM or similar in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Physical ability to lift and move items, stand, and operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain food quality, preparation, and presentation standards.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards for a safe environment.
