Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32–48 hours per week.
• Background check required.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational skills, and ability to work with others.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Create and maintain effective work schedules per company standards and local laws.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to meet quarterly goals.
• Ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness standards are consistently upheld.
