Wendy’s — Sinkula Investments (Franchise Location) is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations. The role requires at least 2 years in QSR or fast-casual management, demonstrated leadership, and a willingness to work a 48-hour week including nights and weekends.

Compensation ranges from $50K to $57K per year plus a monthly bonus program, with benefits such as a 401(k) match and paid time off after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in QSR or fast-casual management.
• Proven track record of leading, managing, and motivating teams.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work a 48-hour week (including nights, weekends, some holidays).
